In Vigilante, the only thing you have to worry about is killing criminals. When Tommy has completed the twelfth level he will become fireproof. The only thing you have to do is pick up patients and bring them to the nearest Hospital but be careful, patients can lose too much blood if you drive reckless. Killing someone will make an Ambulance come to you. To start the Paramedic missions Tommy has to enter an Ambulance you can find them near a Hospital or just on the street. Once Tommy reaches the tenth level he will be awarded with $5,000 and a Health Increase by 50%
You have to complete these runs until Level 10. To start this mission Tommy has to get on a Pizza Boy near a Pizzeria. To deliver the pizza Tommy has to 'drive-by throw the pizza to the waiting customer. In Pizza Boy, the only objective is to drive around on a Pizza Boy Scooter and deliver pizza to waiting customers.
